This list is very out of date and is not being maintained.

How do I get my application added to this list?

Definitions

Native: Yes: Application uses ODF as its default format.
Planned: Application will use ODF natively in the future.
No: Application uses a different format by default.
   
Status: 1 star Work has started.
2 stars Has important limitations.
3 stars Generally works, but there are missing features.
4 stars Works well even on complex documents.
5 stars Perfect support.

Test suite

We recommend using the ODF Test Suite. It was developed by Intel in collaboration with the University of Central Florida. It is now hosted at the OpenDocument Fellowship's server.

How do I get my application added to this list?

You can add it yourself, but please let us know.

  1. Create an account.
  2. Update the applications page (this page).
    1. Navigate to this page and click edit.
    2. Go to the appropriate category or contact us if we need a new category.
    3. Use the app name as the URL (see how we did the other links).
  3. Create a page for your application.
    1. Go to create content >> page.
    2. Title: Appname.
    3. Topic: Applications >> xyz.
    4. Body: ... (Please use this template for the body of the page).
    5. URL path settings: applications/appname.
  4. Contact us and let us know of the new addition.
