Google's Summer of Code is wrapping up now, and I hadn't seen a list of what OpenDocument projects the students were working on, so here it is:

• PHP PEAR package to read OpenDocument
• Full and native ODF and MathML support in KFormula: there is also a wrap-up from the student, but they use odd blogging software - that link will probably die quite soon :(
• Convert Wordperfect graphics into OpenDocument Graphics

There's some really interesting stuff in there!
